So Say We All
Edward James Olmos speaks at the United Nations:
Mike Rowe on Discovery, Realization and Lamb Castration
I happened by this video today and wanted to share. It’s a video of Mike Rowe taken from the EG conference this past December. Being a Dirty Jobs fan, I was curious to see what he had to say about doing the show. I’d expected the interesting and humorous anecdotes, but he also has some fascinating insights to share after having experienced so many jobs that most of us wouldn’t even consider taking. If you can spare the 20 minutes, I think this is definitely worth seeing.
The Real Question
We’ve all been asking the wrong questions. Edit: The raffle is over now. Apparently he raised quite a bit of cash for some good charities. Kudos to Je’Rod Cherry!

Greetings!
Hello all. Welcome to The Iocaine Project blog page. I know everyone has a blog these days, but I liked the idea of giving each of us the opportunity to do a little writing on whatever comes to mind.
So we’ve done seven shows so far (well, technically 6.66 shows, but I digress). Thus far it’s been a great experience. The editing has been taking me longer than I had hoped, but as I get used to it and fall into a routine the process is getting faster. My goal is to eventually have each show completed and posted by mid-week after the initial recording, but that may be over-ambitious considering our schedules.
Feedback is always welcome! You can reply in the comments, or email us. We hope you enjoy The Iocaine Project.
